Field Research Activates
With our US Board's blessing, our teams are setting out across the globe — sitting down with local church leaders, listening to their hearts, and gathering the insights that will shape the ETM vision. As we go, we're training leaders, translating materials into local languages, and welcoming new board members, staff, and consultants who share this calling.
A National Ministry Develops
The National Ministry Development grows — where trusted local leaders step forward, a dedicated training team takes shape, and healthy rhythms of accountability begin to take root. This is also the moment we make it official, registering the ministry in-country so the work can flourish on solid ground for years to come.
A Partner Ministry Emerges
Everything blooms — signed agreements, sound finances, and faithful government compliance give the ministry deep, lasting roots. The national organization becomes fully independent yet remains fully associated with the US organization — standing on its own feet, but never standing alone. As they grow toward financial independence, our teams serve by their invitation and watch with joy as that ministry turns to mentor a neighboring country, sowing seeds far beyond where the first ones were planted.
